Really liked my unit under the old management - the new management is totally unresponsive, can't get ahold of them. They've also increased some costs on day one - but again, the main thing is it's been months of trying to talk to them with no success! Advise avoiding this company if you can find somewhere else.
Should have at least a little bit of heat in the indoor area, it was very hard to unload cause there was no relief from the crippling cold weather. However the location is nice and the building was clean as well as the unit. Very efficient service and in an appropriate time frame for online accommodations.
