Customer service is terrible. They say a lot, but don’t do a lot. They finally called back with a number of promises, but didn’t follow through, AT ALL. They don’t call back after several requests for them to. We were cash in hand ready to make a $3000. + purchase. When I finally spoke to owner she had a whatever attitude. Naturally we went elsewhere and had our order in days and much cheaper. We like to buy things locally from local companies, but it didn’t work out in that case
