poor customer service...they lie to customers to make a sale.. They lied about returm policy on a $1400 chair ... refused to accept a return the day after the delivery of the chair as promised. should have bought at Steinhafels...they stand behind their return policy.
RecommendedWe rented and eventually purchased a wheelchair .The consultant guided us to the one that was right for us. Knowledgeable and pleasant the service was excellent.The chair is light weight ,yet sturdy. Easy to manipulate.
This is a WONDERFUL place to get your mobility needs!!!! They gave my Mom a super sweet deal on a wheelchair that I truly needed!!!!!! Please check them out for your needs!!!!
We purchased a $1600 lift chair delivered and assembled by Miller. A service call was later required. Repair men found the chair was assembled with only 3 leveling feet, not 4. Despite the fact the service call was necessitated by Miller's error I was charged a $75 trip fee and was to be charged $75 again if they would return with the missing part.
