Landlords that own a lot of buildings. Don't care about their tenants. Barely provide any heat and they turn the heat up when the inspector comes after people complain. I wouldn't rent one of their apartments ever again.
These guys own several buildings and they use fear tactics and harassment especially on the elderly, to try and get rent stabilized renters out. They have numerous violations going on for uncleanliness in their buildings, not giving enough heat or hot water and other complaints. These guys are the worst!
