I have dual residence in NM and Houston. I come to Houston to see Dr Miller-Miles. Doc makes me feel comfortable and takes her time for my concerns and questions. Her entire staff always makes me feel welcomed with their smile from the time I walk in the door till I walk out. Not only do I feel I am getting the best medical treatment needed, they also make me feel like family.
Doctor is great but the staff can be horrible never ever answer there phone and don’t call you back I have to drive up there if I want to get something done
Complete incompetence with the scheduler Julissa Contreras. I attempted to make a basic well woman’s appointment at the Webster office which she confirmed. I show up at the office and told by the front desk woman (who was very helpful and nice) that they don’t even do basic well woman’s at this location. So attempted 4 times to contact Julissa through her extension but it doesn’t connect.
