Doctor took care of my eyes checked it good Reciptionest service very ugly with no care or respect I called clinic because dr Micheal asked me to come and see him in clinic if eye symptoms did not improve one of the worker hang off the phone and she told me why your calling clinic u already saw Dr Micheal and she didn’t let me finish talking So I went saw family Dr Also u can’t hear what secretary say because there’s a glass window all over only 2 inches open It’s hard to hear or deal with it Not happy at all
Dr Miller is a fantastic doctor and has such a great beside manner. He is thoughtful, gentle in his approach, has a great sense of humour and is a doctor that puts you at complete ease. He is a super competent doctor who always creates a positive environment. The one star docked is solely due to the lady that does the testing. As much as Dr Miller is soft spoken, the lady that does the testing is very harsh to the point of disrespectful. She sours the whole experience and you leave the office feeling angry and upset.
