It was such a coincidence. That seldom happens these days where things are made to happen appearing to be a raw coincidence. I was going to my front bedroom to check for a delivery of a product I ordered to make my life easier, I noticed Donna and tapped on the window asking if she was here for me, she said yes, gave my name and stated the company and reason for her being here, I didn't recognize any former connection with Adapt medical supply. I spent 3 months trying to get compression stockings through my insurance. After too many follow up calls to both my Dr and Miller (aka Adapt Health)...I never got the stockings. Customer service was good but me explaining how they could help me took too much time, for info that should be in their notes. Susan wasn't proactive; to call my Dr for specifics needed on script, calling me back, etc... Big issues with a fax or email system to receive updated scripts.
