Dr. Miller performed teeth extraction surgery on me in 2023 July 4th. His hands could not stop shaking during the procedure. It ended up the surgery tools like knife or similar cutting very badly on my upper left lip. I could not see at the time. I screamed since my lip was not frozen. The wound has never completed healed. I am taking this moment to show my appreciation and total gratitude to Dr. Miller, Bernadette, Jaime, Irene, and the rest of the outstanding, amazing staff, past and present, for their professional, exceptional service delivered with so much heart. I have had over 20 years of above and beyond excellent periodontal care, and it is always with a friendly smile. I always leave this establishment, feeling 100% better, physically and mentally. Everybody in the office was great, but I quite liked Irene in particular. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, and was willing to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. I left her feeling like I understood what was going on.
I had the great fortune of being a classmate and friend of Dr. Miller during periodontal specialty training. Malcolm is a very kind, exceptionally caring person who has been a life long student of our profession.
I have been attending Dr. Miller's office for over 10 yrs. Dr.Miller and his amazing right hand Bernadette are the most caring compassionate people in dentistry I have ever met. They take the time to get to know you and treat you like a guest in their home. The rest of the team members portray the same exceptional care. I highly recommend Dr. Miller's office. Just so you know, this was not a paid public announcemen . Lol. Got to have a little humor when visiting the dentist!
