cheerful and friendly I have gone to this dentist for quite some time. I have always been pleased with my care. Recently I had a dental emergency. Unfortunately my insurance was not going to be enough. My angel Dr, Lung made every effort to accommodate me and I was able to get the necessary repair work done. I am so pleased with this dentist and would highly recommend him to anyone.
Terrible patient care and lack of respect. I recently had an emergency with my tooth that my insurance refused to cover. Not only did the Dr. Miller and Dr. Lung not help with options, they also refused to assist in an accident claim. The only thing requested of the Dr was a claim stating what happened. They both wiped their hands clean of the situation, refused to write a simple statement, and in addition to this refused to speak to me as the patient.
