Dropped my car for oil change and couple recalls,, they washed my car and vacuumed, seems not alot but i liked it,, not most dealers do that, thank u

I wanna thank the service manager Ryan for providing great customer service while resolving my issue FAIRLY. He listened to my issue with his worker, he empathized with me, and used fair consideration in his decision to resolve it. No one is perfect and mistakes happen, but the way you respond to it shows a customer if you appreciate their business or not. Taking accountability for a mistake is something a lot of workers don’t do. However I am grateful that Ryan was reasonable.
