Very very rude on every encounter. When my mother passed away, she didn't even offer her condolences. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn't talk to me because I was not listed as the personal representative even though I knew I was. She complained about how many times my mom changed her will. She showed me a copy of the will which I knew was not current. I had to go home and go through my mom's paper work to find the correct version.
