Doug's real estate expertise and attention to detail is second to none, and the fact that you get broker and attorney services all in one for half the cost of the standard buyer's agent commission (rebating the other half to you) really reveals just how bloated and exploitative the real estate industry has become with its fee structure. I can't see myself using anyone else going forward for real estate transactions.
