If I could put 0 star I will put 0. I had unemployment overpayment and went to this attorney and paid $1000, he never did anything to my case, didn't even show up or send someone in his law firm to my court date. This lawyer only cares about money and is very rude. Once you pay this attorney, don't expect him calling you or give you any update because he literally doesn't do anything except for taking only your money.

took time to listen to my situation during the free consult and offer his advice on whether i had a case. unfortunately, i did not, but richard explained why and spent a good 30 minutes discussing. appreciate his efforts, and would recommend folks to reach out to him who need a good employment lawyer.

Had me email my previous employer and cc him to get confirmation that I was terminated in order to be able to get his help and then never heard from him again. Appalling. My former employer did confirm I was terminated. They shared their attorney would be in touch now he is not answering calls/emails and it's been weeks. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
