Top notch service from the time you enter the office until you leave.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I had a horrible experience with hygenist Megan. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly. Her behavior and attitude are completely unacceptable. Dr. Lairy Miller did not even bother to come into the room while I was there for an appointment with him. BEWARE of what they tell you about the cost of services not being covered by your insurance. I spoke to my insurance company prior to the appointment and was told the services were covered. If it weren't for the 2 older receptionist up front this might be a decent dentist office. They have the worst attitude, display of professionalism, and customer service experience I've ever witnessed. Please make sure you cross check anything submitted to your insurance. Claim information may not match what you're being charged for.
Dr. Miller and his staff are wonderful. My entire family goes, including my daugther who has been going since she was 3 years old. They have always treated us kindly and respectfully and been very forthcoming with issues and potential issues.
BEWARE! Had been a patient of theirs for a few years as well as my husband. My dental insurance changed and was told they accepted my new insurance and went for a cleaning and x rays. After the fact was told they DID NOT take the new insurance and now I owe $200. No offer to work something out, no sorry for the mistake...nothing. Just tough luck, that will now be $200 for something that was supposed to be $0. Avoid them. No caring for patients here, just money!
