This poor excuse for a doctor placed a chemport in a family member of mine when his INR was 2.3 (for those of you who aren't medical professionals, that means your blood is way too thin for any type of surgery). This is a pretty minor procedure so thought he would be fine having it in a smaller hospital, if I had known the doctor was so incompetent I would have definitely got him to a hospital in a larger city with a surgeon I knew was competent.
