Started out great, but quickly turned into the worst experience I've had with a physician practice. They prefer to work via the online chart, which would be fine, but nobody actually reads and correctly acts upon the notes and conversations in the message center. They ask which pharmacy I prefer every time I speak to them, yet they send it somewhere else 2 out of 3 times. Dr. Miller is the consummate professional who is patient and Kind. When you are in front of here in person or video chat, she is the best.
She is very informative and knowledgeable. I am always able to get in to her office and she is very helpful and nice.
Took care of my dad until he died a very good doctor
Dr. Miller is so caring about her patience. I will never go see another doctor. She is the best I have ever been to. I have recommended several people to her and they all love her. I couldnt even get in to see this doctor. I recently moved to town, and her staff said i couldnt get in until January as a new patient and if i was sick to go to urgent care, they only offer same day service to established patients. Guess im driving 20 minutes to the next town over to find a doctor. Ive lived in several cities, this is a first to have a doctor, saying they accept new patients refuse to schedule an appointment within a few days for illness.
really nice and caring. Listens to you and clarifies options available. Dr. Miller is the first doctor I have liked in a long time.
She asks and listens to all medical concerns I had. She follows through with referral and prescription refills in a timely fashion. Could t be any happier with her as my new primary care physician!!
