Dr. Miller is an amazing physician, and I've been a patient for years. However, I always wondered why there was a different medical assistant every time I came in. After hearing the office manager speak to the staff in a disrespectful and demeaning manner, I understand why employees don't stay. Excellent doctor, but the management creates a poor work environment. I hope this issue is addressed because both the staff and patients deserve better.
My rating is due to the horrendous office manager. Dr Miller is an excellent cardiologist, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Four years ago, I received a letter as well, informing me that Dr Miller would no longer treat me. This was due to, as other comments mention, rescheduled appointments. Life happens, situations happen that cause change of plans. Mine were due to my employment. By the way, the signature on the letter I received is definitely not Dr Millers...........
