I hired them to handle a medical malpractice case ant they completely botched the case, constantly asked for money, missed responding to a demurs and went on vacation when they were supposed to in court. Said they were substituting in my case, then said the we’re not representing me and quit. Stay away from them

Weak & lazy. Want your retainer and nothing else. Sloppy and slow work. Horrid communication. Thieves. Can't wait until I hear about their retirement and passing.

After they took the case and 8000 for a malpractice case and found a doctor witness who agreed that there was negligence, which has left me with a life condition from SHARP. They want more money and refused to give me the performing experts info, so I could pursue another attorney. I am left with a disability and they took what they could and now its black mail me for more money and like being held hostage. This is not what I was initially told when I began this process. GREAT ATTORNEYS! I hired Miller & James to review my case in November of 2016 for $5,000. I work in the courts and see attorneys every day. I could tell David had what it took to win. He was a commander in Viet Nam and you can see it in his style. I was concerned at first because I did not hear from them much.
