I have been a dedicated Miller customer since 2012. All my insurance has always been through them. My insurance renewal and changing of insurance providers was mishandled poorly by Kincardine office on the 12 August 2026 costing me hundreds of dollars. When I asked to have this corrected... they admitted the mistake to being their fault, yet they could not reimburse me for the money I was out or for the cancelation fees I would now have to incur to change insurance companies. Be warned stay away!!
Terrible experience with this brokerage and Sara Morrison. Emails are left on read. Calling just goes to voicemail or reception and then voicemail. I “cancelled” my insurance a month ago and they failed to actually cancelled it. I inquired multiple times before getting charged erroneously for an insurance renewal and my inquiries fell on deaf ears. I have never experienced worse customer service. I will be making a formal complaint to RIBO about their conduct.
I usually refrain from posting reviews never mind bad reviews but I have never delt with a company with such terrible customer service. I phoned I don’t know how many times asking why I never got a farm renewal with no answer until 3 days till my renewal was up and lost my temper. Found out my insurance was declined because I never met the list of expectations on the inspection that was done over a year prior that I had never received and had phoned about 4 times asking if anything needed done. 11 years with them and they do... read more
terrible customer service. I'm waiting a week + and then having to check in and voice my concerns and get a reply barely answering my inquiries. They spell my name wrong, they get me confused with other customers. Honestly, just terrible.
Great service I feel I can call or email at any time and someone will help me.
