Very friendly and helpful
I have been a customer of Miller Insurance for many years, and have been extremely happy with their service. We've had several insurance related needs over the years, and Kim Shoff and the rest of the team at Miller Insurance have gone above and beyond to help.
Always courteous, professional help from MCIS. Rod Irish has been outstanding to work with.
For the past month when I would call them they seem like they have a sassy or angry tone. My friend is also experiencing the same thing. If they keep acting like this I will switch.
