Everyone at this agency has been extremely responsive, hard working and great to talk to. They actively work to ensure I have the best policy and find ways for me to save money where possible and have walked me through several insurance issues that have come up. Highly recommend.

JoAnn is the best insurance agent. She has a lot of patience ,is very helpful. We have our home and auto with her. She always gets us the best prices.
My husband and I have a home and auto policy with Joann Miller. She has been nothing but I headache for me. We cancelled an insurance policy on a vehicle and she claimed to have taken it off our account only to find out we are still being charged for it. Now she wants proof that we junked it to credit us back the money we overpaid due to her mistake. I recently purchased a 2024 vehicle.
