Absolutely ridiculous. Had 3 different people come out in a 5 week time. First guy we told him what we thought was going on, got told by the first guy (would like to leave names out, but have no problem adding them) that it was something completely different told them our electric bill is running so high and our hvac is constantly running wont shut off he said he would be back asap, 2 weeks went by nothing. Millers is the best! Called this morning (Friday) to see if someone could come checkout my ac because it stopped working yesterday evening. Not only did they come today but came early and repaired my ac unit within 30 mins. The price was very reasonable and the tech Robert was professional and very knowledgeable. Millers is a very reliable and trustworthy company! They don’t try to upsell or overcharge their clients. In my line of work I deal with a lot of hvac companies and there are a lot of great ones out there but millers will always be on the top of my list because they are people focused not money focused and that is so important in a business like this!
