Literally the worst, I had them come service my kitchen sink. Just a simple replacement of pipes under my sink to stop a few leaks. Well 3 reps, 2.5 hours and $389 later my sink was left unsealed and unfinished. Leak absolutely not fixed at all. After countless phone calls and photos sent I just said the hell with it and took my business elsewhere.
Had a pipe to bust flooded my house called a Plummer in our area and I was in tears before he left because he said 850.00 if not more depends on what else could be wrong he never showed back up or took my phone calls or didn't text back I waited for Days no water I had a heart attack in September and open heart surgery I was really hurt by the way I was treated I prayed on it and I seen Miller and Humphrey I called the office the gentleman that answered was so nice and I told him what I was going through concerned about the ... read more
I have a picture of the faucet that you said you did not install! When I asked you to cap off the frozen pipe you put a water spicket
A very fast response on the day before thanksgiving. They were very professional and courteous and cleared a whole home clog in less than 45 minutes. Definitely would use them again and again.
They showed up quickly during my crisis. a water pipe burst in the middle of the yard, I water my garden with it. The guy said no problem. I said I just want a capped off until spring. He replaced the hole faucet and NEVER discussed a price. He was done in 10 minutes and left I thought that was nice until I got a bill for $170 which is three times would anybody else would have charged
