I brought our 2023 Honda Pilot in 5/21 for scheduled maintenance plus a door lock issue, and was extremely pleased with the service provided by Miller's Isaiah Brand. He was very professional and personally followed through with the diagnosing and correction of the illusive door lock problem. He is certainly an "exception to the rule" in today's world - an asset, to be sure! KG
