People are great. It took a little longer than I expected to get a tire repaired in their express service. Also a bit more expensive.
The woman taking appointments over the phone was very rude. I was calling to make a service appointment and told her just forget about it. I will take my business elsewhere. Having a snobby person with a poor attitude is not a good first impression for your company. Yes I would have been a first time customer. Not anymore!
They are great here. Phenomenal customer service. They always really go above and beyond. They have a great area to sit and relax or get work done while waiting, and the shuttle service is super handy if you need to get back to work, home, or get some shopping done in the meantime.
