Customer service sucked ... not straight answer just left waiting
They are a joke!!!! Do and will not recommend to anyone!!!!
The men working for this company are amazing, he came to fix my heat and he was so kind and patient, taught me how to check the water build up and how to drain it, how to read the code for future issues. Talked me through the whole process, was extremely nice, helpful and comfortable to be around!
