Through our home warranty, we requested for our AC to be fixed. Brandon and his gf/wife came out to us and inspected our AC and told us that our compressor is what needed to be fixed and it was not pushing put cool or hot air. He said he would order the part that day and it would arrive Tuesday. They only take cash so we gave them the amount owed and he said he would return with change. The ABSOLUTE WORST!! I’ve left several messages and the 2-10 warranty customer service agents left messages. ALL UNANSWERED! I complained to the warranty company so hopefully they will stop using them. The basically take your money and run.

Miller Heating and Cooling was dispatched by our home warranty company. They finally contacted me at the last minute of their deadline timeframe to set an appointment. I was told the tech would be here between the hours of 11 & 3 and would give me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. This did not happen. I had another contractor at my home I had to excuse myself from and waste his time. After going over the details of the issue, I left him to do his work.
