They were great for a couple of years. When our policies came up for renewal this year, our homeowners policy premium almost doubled (I understand this is not Miller Hartwig's fault) but instead of suggesting they shop another company for us (I thought that was the benefit of using them in the first place), I was told "a lot of places aren't even writing new homeowner policies in MN right now" and was led to believe we didn't have another option but to suck it up and pay the outrageous premium.
