First, the garage is nice to look at. We signed up with them in may and they finished in september, (over 4 months). We had to pay 10% up front,then pay for the concrete when in was finally poured.Then pay for materials when garage was put up. Then pay the rest at the end of job. We had to call them every step of the build. When the concrete contractors showed up at 8:00am, nobody called to let us know they were coming.
