FRAUD ALERT: 2 weeks after providing service, we received a call at night directly from the technician who told me that our check never cleared (it did; within one day of issuing it). He told us we had to pay him directly and urged us to do it immediately over the phone using Venmo. We did not and contacted the main office and they did nothing to follow up.
