Excellent customer service—friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Worth the 30-minute drive. Much better experience than other locations. I will definitely be back.
Miller Ford Service has always been good to us... Over the years and many visits for both major and minor repairs they've never lied about work needed, they communicate well and are all courteous. They try to be as accurate as they can about wait times, and even though some of their prices are higher than say Pep Boys, I know I'm getting the right parts... that other place once tried to sell me an underpowered battery!
In my experience this place does great work, but for about 8 months they fixed “the only problem we see” on my car except whatever was causing my steering issue. Finally traded the car in for a different make. I don’t plan on ever going back.

Like most- life is loaded with unending increase in professional and personal demands, so it speaks volumes that I am a loyal costumer to Miller Ford in Lumberton for over 3 years, though living in Pennington, NJ. This is a 200% direct result of their Service team. They are fair, reliable, and go above and beyond!!
