Saturday morning first come first serve is a JOKE. I was shocked with their poor procedure. It's really who ever checks in at the desk first at 8am gets served. When the door opened at 8 it was like a stampede. Everyone ran to the door to be in line first to get their vehicle serviced. I called ahead on Friday. No one mentioned this procedure. So getting up at 6am, being in line at 7:15am means nothing. Several vehicles where behind me in line but since they ran to the door at 8am they got serviced first. I am so angered by ... read more
