They are always all so nice and informative. We never have to wait long. Great dentist. Highly recommend.
My husband went for a cavity follow up…something different was done not cover by insurance but, husband thinking he is having a cavity feeling. Leaving the clinic, it was asked to pay $200…by his surprise, was told for the service received but they will submit a claim so insurance will reimburse him. Insurance sent a letter denying the claim. Call insurance to find out why…insurance explained that it was something different done according to the code used for billing and they don’t cover that and if this code was enter by mi... read more
