My husband went for a cavity follow up…something different was done not cover by insurance but, husband thinking he is having a cavity feeling. Leaving the clinic, it was asked to pay $200…by his surprise, was told for the service received but they will submit a claim so insurance will reimburse him. Insurance sent a letter denying the claim. If I could give them zero stars I would. Theres a reason no one has left a review in 5 years and my guess would be that this place has gone downhill fast. The way that they treated my 5 year old child was absolutely disgusting. Prior to ever making it to a first appointment they rescheduled us three times. After we went the first time, we had a crown scheduled. We got to the appointment, they claimed to have called me to reschedule it, which they 100% did not.
