WAS CHARGED DEDUCTABLE CHARGE WHEN NO SERVICE WAS RENDERED. NO XRAYS ALL THE DENTIST WAS LOOK AT MY TEETH.
I went to Dr Miller needing a top plate, the one I have became loose after 40 years. He took an impression of my gums along with an impression of the teeth I have now. The frame for holding the substance for the impression was made of Brass and not Stainless Steel. When I got the teeth back the front teeth pushed against my top lip like they were for someone with "Buck Teeth". Not like the plate I have.
