So I'm going to post my screenshots of my review on Michel tires plus that goes along with my experience from here. Being a female and in need of a car, I was taken advantage of with a lemon of a car. Contacting them for any kind of work to be done was a joke because of course they sold it to me as is. My son recently financed a Chevy equinox from them, two months later it needs a new engine now. Everything under the motor cap is bent up and broken. I'm disappointed. I don't have money for expensive repairs. I can barely buy a loaf of bread.

Was so sure I could get into a car, got into a car but came with problems from the jump check engine light been on since I had the car done July. Always call and try to be a patient customer but can never get in touch with Richard the guys who sold me my car swore up and down that they would and could get my car together I am still waiting for repairs to my car

I understand it’s a used car, but they gave me the lowest of all lowest used cars! Audi 2009 q7. Check engine light was on, they “ cleared” it and it popped back on. There is a noise when you idle the car. A week later the brakes started squealing. I take it down to their mechanics and they keep saying they “found” the problem but nothing has been fixed. I’m livid, I feel like I’m still being played. To have to keep paying a car note and I can’t drive the car like I want.

Was a great experience. Very helpful helping with a car I drove out of there tonight. My credit is not great but he work on getting me approved for a 2013 kia optima with payments I can afford. Highly recommend if your looking for a car, truck or SUV he has them all. Just ask for Richard.
