never saw the doctor, you have to schedule your own appt they will text you if you can come or if the time is already taken. It took me three tries to get an appt. then they start texting you again and again asking questions about your insurance etc. I received 5 texts in less than 12 hours. You are not a patient to them you are a phone number, they won't even give you the courtesy of a personal phone call. I prefer a doctor and staff who will speak to me like a person.
