Miller is contracted by Baytown Township to plow streets and roads and I don't think it is possible to do a worse job. Despite having orange stakes all along the street, they ran over them and tore up my lawn and broke multiple sprinkler heads and claim it isn't their responsibility. The piles of sand they dump on streets is also annoying, use a salt or similar product as almost every other city and county body do.
