Best customer service- They came out to our location, in the pouring rain to diagnose the frontend problem on our semi and took us in the shop in the early morning to fix it and get us back out on the road. He would have fixed it that night however he needed to wait until the morning to get the parts. Very friendly, priced very reasonably, they went above and beyond to get us moving again!

I was unfamilar with the mechanic shops in the area and scheduled an appointment based upon the reviews and they are totally accurate!!! I felt like I was member of the family and they wanted the best for me. This is not your typically mechanic experience and I actually stayed and conversed with the family about 30mins AFTER my truck was complete. Fast reliable you can count on him no matter what you will get what you’re paying for when you call Miller Equipment you will not be disappointed I had several trucks at his shop several service calls not just in state of Ohio either this company will bend over backwards for there customers give him a chance make your equipment reliable and trucks also can diagnose over the phone in pinch points to get you somewhere or at least try
