It appears the discs are not checked for damage prior to dispatch. I ordered a separate disc, but unfortunately, the wrong item was sent. Upon contacting customer service, I was promised a replacement; however, this has yet to arrive. According to the tracking details, the parcel was returned to sender. I have since recontacted Miller Engineering, but have received no response to date. I must say, this is rather unprofessional
DO NOT BUY FROM MILLER ENGINEERING. Photos attached. I purchased something from them and had to send it back three different times because the discs they kept sending me had scratches and dust on the INSIDE where they are not removable. This is not an engineering company. It is a lazy high schoolers pursuit of a business and I will consider opening my own. I bought 4 Miller signs and 3 of them stopped working. They only lasted 6 Months. All signs were mounted in place. I have the 0 scale signs.
