I was referred to Dr Miller by my dentist after I complained about a sensitivity in a tooth that I had a root canal done 3 years previously. Dr. miller was very professional as was his staff and after extensive X-rays it appears I have an abscess at the base of the roots in that tooth. I need a surgical procedure to reach & treat the infection. Unfortunately, Dr Miller is not in my Blue Cross Blue Shield network. The wonderful staff here can make even the worst news sound good, as they approach everything with a caring attitude. Dorothy was absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable and compassionate, she personally helped me get through some terrible news without crying (Give her a raise!!!!!)
My dentist referred me here for a root canal. I gathered the courage & called for an appt "oh sorry we're closed for the next 2 days". Life got in the way for a few weeks then I called again "oh sorry we're closed all week". Interesting way to run a business. You just lost a potential customer, and if anyone ever asks for a recommendation from me, I will definitely not recommend you
