Betty, whom I spoke to this afternoon, has absolutely no business working here. Horrible customer service and communication. I tried to refill a PRN prescription that I've refilled before at this very pharmacy. It is not even close to expiring and there are 11 refills on the bottle. Betty did not verify the medication I was trying to refill and tried to refill a medication that I'm allergic to and have not taken since June. I get my monthly prescriptions here. The people are always polite and explain things succinctly. If you're not polite, you have no right to expect them to be.

Miller Drug is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Wait times and call times are atrocious. Most of the time I’m unable to speak to an employee and I’ve left messages that were not returned. My doctor has sent multiple brand new drug prescriptions and I’ve gone in the next day and they weren’t ready. Even if you do tell them you need a prescription ready, sometimes it takes days to be able pick them up. The cashiers have no sense of urgency and have no clue about pronunciations/uses for drugs. Great customer service! Pharmacists are super helpful! They always have had my meds ready to pickup & the service is efficient & friendly!

miller drug sold to northern light/emmc. bad move. as emmc is very very corrupt and full of corrupt nurses and doctors. good luck with your new corrupt pharmacy now.
