Called this morning because I had a couple questions. All's I can say is that there lady answering phones is absolutely rude!!!
Usually a 5***** experience. Except for today. Had a lady named Margie and her female driver harass me after having urgent care in Eldon call Ambulance service. I was told that I was exaggerating my symptoms by Margie and her female driver was jumping on board with that my blood sugars were normal, breathing was normal and blood pressure normal so apparently Margie was right in so many words. I am nearly 50 yrs old. Not a child in any way and mentally competent so I don't appreciate being patronized. I'm in the ER currently ... read more
