Wonderful experience today transporting me from Lake Regional in Osage Beach to Research Med Center in KC. Mike and Jessica were real compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly! Made a not so great health issue as pleasant as possible. THANK YOU!!!
They came to get my sister last night bcs she was in terrible pain with what turned out to be pancreatitis. When she asked if she was supposed to lie down in the bed, he told her, "that bed is for sick people". Oops.
Called this morning because I had a couple questions. All's I can say is that there lady answering phones is absolutely rude!!!
