Purchased our house in October 2019. The previous home owner had the roof replaced in 2014 by Joe Miller Construction with a "10 year work warranty", but apparently that's not transferable (which is ridiculous in and of itself because a roof just sits there regardless of who owns the home). We've had two leaks in the roof since we moved in on a 6 year old roof. We have no trees around the house or anything that would have damaged our roof. This is not good quality.
Super professional and clean roofing job. Even the neighbors were impressed how good they were! Highly highly recommend.
This guy knocked on my door. When I declined his information, he dumped garbage in my driveway and turfed our lawn. UNPROFESSIONAL and unaccpetable!
When a large branch from an old maple covered in ice broke and fell onto my roof, I posted some pictures and polled my Facebook community with who had experience with what the whole home owners insurance claims process was as I had never done one before... It hit the roof and subsequently rolled off onto a lower roof and then the ground leaving A LOT of gutter, roof, siding, decking, and personal property damage in it's wake.
