If you’re thinking about hiring Miller Cohen Peterson Young to collect a debt, I would be cautious. I was actively trying to pay and resolve a debt, and it was still extremely difficult to get responses or clear answers from Patrick O’Malley and other employees at this firm. Communication was very inconsistent, I was given runarounds, vague responses and the process kept getting dragged out instead of handled efficiently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
The hardest company to work with. We received a garnishment for an employee (keep in mind that we are the one providing a service to them) literally cannot get a response. I had to call 50 times (!!!) before someone actually answered, and they won't respond to their emails no matter how many you send. I attempted to create a professional relationship with them, but it is impossible.
