Dr. Miller and his nursing staff are excellent. His office staff, on the other hand, is not the case at all. If it were one bad experience, I could write it off as an off day for someone, as we all have them, but this seems to be a common occurrence with the front office. Today was the last of the unacceptable occurrences. I had mixed up appointment times and apologized when I showed up not only 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment but an hour and 10 minutes early. From the absolute greeting from this office was so calming and gracious! This office and staff is unbelievable! Cody our nurse is an angel! She’s so knowledgeable and hilariously calming! Dr Watkins made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Being an aging female stomach issues are scary and it’s easy to feel like it’s a mental issue when really the signs are there to go to a trusted surgeon! I’m so thankful for their intervention medically I will now be able to have quality of life and no more pain!!
I love the caring staff and doctors here. I always get in on time for my appointments. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing quality care.
