Kevin came out and looked at my home I just purchased. I had a window company give me a quote on replacing my current ones on my 1300 sq ft ranch using their “huge sale pricing” and it was $16,000!!! The owner or representative lost the key to our property and claims to have given it to one of my workers. I don’t have any workers. He is not responsive, dismissive of all my calls and messages. Lied about messaging me and letting me know. Now he does not want to be responsible for losing the key he claims to have given to one of my employees. Which again, I don’t have.
