Excellent Service and Communication! I had both my sink faucet and bathroom faucet fixed on the same day, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The owner communicated with me clearly before the appointment — even left a voicemail and text message when I was busy. I was able to send pictures of the issue beforehand, and they also sent me the name and photo of the plumber who would visit, which gave me peace of mind. Unprofessional & RUDE. I called up Jim Miller and he quoted me nearly a $1000 for a job that was only $190. He was rude on the phone and pressured me. AVOID at all COST!!
