I took my Bolt EUV to Miller Brothers Chevrolet in Ellicott City MD, because the infotainment system had stopped automatically pairing to my phones (both Android & Apple), and the car had stopped connecting to my home WiFi. I said that I believed the firmware, or other software needed to be updated. This is by FAR the best experience I've EVER had at a dealership whether it be buying, selling or service. My transmission needed replacement & Tony in the service department was attentive, knowledgeable, clearly communicated, and very professional. This dealership is out of my way, but I will have no problem taking either of my Chevys vehicles back!
Ive had issues with other chevy dealers service centers in the area but Tony and the service staff here went above and beyond to address the issues with my car. Very grateful for their thorough work, honest assessment, and rapid communication!
