Our sales representative Stephanie was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped with everything I needed. And she got me in and out quickly as requested.
Extremely rude sales staff (Terrance) and unprofessional in his tone and choices of words. I would never ever recommend this place for anyone to visit or make a purchase.
My mom and my stepfather came in for a recall repair on their Cadillac.... Their appointment was scheduled for 8am and they were finished by 10:30am.... Keep up the good work Cadillac of Ellicott City.
I can say since the time we purchased our BMW this was the BEST auto purchase experience we've ever had. We went to the dealership to see if a Cadillac was an option out of the 4 brands we were looking to purchase. We were not pressured while walking the lot. And when we went inside we were greeted and told if we needed any assistance to let them know. We took the car for a test drive and told them that we were not ready to make a decision that day.
