I absolutely love this dealership, I pick out what I want I test drive it and then the no hassle purchase begins. I've been very happy with my experience with Miller Brothers Cadillac. The best sign of good service isn't what a dealership does when everything goes right. Rather, it's what they do when things go wrong I purchased a new Cadillac Vistiq and immediately noticed a rattle in one of the doors. I took the car back and they reinsulated the door and this resolved the issue. Then two weeks later I noticed an issue with the exterior paint. Vice President Mike Miller and Sales Representative Darren Proudfoot, are outstanding staff members for Miller Brother’s Cadillac in Ellicott, Maryland. I ordered a 2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV-V, in April 2025. The Vehicle was delivered during July 2025-August 2025. The vehicle was damaged probably during transport from the Arlington, Texas GM Plant or on the Miller Brother’s Car Lot where it sustained noticeable paint damage to the cargo door.
