Limited shop services. They were unwilling to perform a simple tire mount and balance, even though it's a straightforward repair. It seems tire work is beneath them. To their credit, major manufacturers often make life difficult for independent shops by restricting access to maintenance information and tools. However, that doesn't excuse turning away customers who need basic services. Apparently, simple jobs aren't worth their time, and I guess I'm not worth their business. That's their choice.
