Miller-Bradford & Risberg has excellent customer service. They make getting equipment fixed fast and easy. Purchasing equipment is a great experience because they are very knowledgeable about the equipment they are selling. We love working with Miller-Bradford & Risberg!!
Sometimes when stock orders come in to Miller Bradford in Negaunee in the parts department, they have issues in locating the parts, they don't know if they are in the stock order or if they have or have not been shipped from the various depots.... Case needs to update there system so that the branches can verify the location of all parts that are shipped on a stock order.... As a small contractor and end user of Case equipment it is really important to me to get my parts in a short period of time.....
