Everyone who is in a position of authroity has their OWN rules, such as even though we have these chairs in the lobby the resident can not sit in them or you have to wait in line for everything from food to medications. Certain staff have attitudes which do not coincide with how they relate to the residents. Drugs and alcohol rampant in this facility.
the manager tries to convey to residents that they actually care about the residents. In times like these I saw very little compassion or concern for an individual's personal rights
It's crocked they play favorites there the hard workers is treated badly
Miller Beach Terrace is a great place to work and to visit family who needs to be here. I have never had a bad experience here while visiting people. Everyone is so polite and willing to talk and laugh with visitors who are waiting to see family,
